1) Just like people of Israel constantly have had to fight with their terrorist neighbor just to ensure they can live, Nepalese should understand that by peaceful means nothing can be achieved. 2) Military conscription needs to be made compulsory for all Nepalese just like in Israel. People need to be made aware of what it means to be a citizen and what a country means. Traitors should be hanged. Once we have a strong military, we will be better able to protect our interest.
3) Education should be made compulsory.
4) Nepal should improve its military ties with USA and China. Especially, Nepal should try to exploit China's fear of India.
